A website is a core business tool that helps to present your services, attract the right clients, and turn interest into sales. It is not just a presence, but a practical system that supports your business, attracts clients, and helps growth.

With a well-designed webpage, your business:

  • can be found online, working for you 24/7
  • makes it easy for your potential clients to discover and understand your offer
  • builds trust and makes clients confident in their decisions
  • turns visitors into clients through clear user journeys
  • helps to show professionalism
  • supports your growth

That’s how you should treat it, and it’s important to have it done by the right person who takes all of this into consideration.

It depends on the site’s complexity. For a simple page, it may take 2 to 3 weeks; the more complicated the structure, the longer it takes. You’ll choose suitable dates before we sign the agreement, and the timeframe will be explained. It’s important to deliver content on time to avoid delays (such as pictures, graphics, texts, etc.). Please be aware that design is personalised, not based on existing templates (unless requested).

The website price depends on its complexity. Please check the table below showing the approximate price range.

A simple website containing up to 5 pages, a contact form, social media buttons, CTA buttons, and connected analytics starts from (1).

A one-page/landing page presenting your offer starts from (2).

A small eCommerce site (shop/learning platform) starts from (3).

Starting prices:

(1) simple page(2) one page/landing page(3) eCommerce (shop/learning)Currency

from € 1750from € 1150from € 3450EUR

Content to be placed on the webpage and prepared upfront usually includes: logo, pictures, graphics, and texts. Ideally, you should have a full visual design prepared (brand colours, typography, etc.).

During the video call, we’ll carefully discuss your brand (including its personality, clients, and goals).

People you may want to work with during the website process are:

  • graphic designer (logo, visual identity, graphics)
  • photographer (pictures of people, places, products)
  • copywriter (texts)

Other specialists to work with later, but who may require specific tools to be available on the site:

Once your website is live, there are a few potential costs to keep in mind:

  • Domain Renewal – Annual fee to maintain your web address.
  • Hosting / Server Fee – Typically every 1–3 years, depending on your plan.
  • Premium Plugins – If used, you’ll be informed in advance; most features use free, reliable solutions.
  • Email Accounts – May be included with your server; some providers charge separately.
  • SSL Certificate – Often included with hosting to keep your site secure.
  • Site Maintenance – Regular updates and backups are recommended; clear instructions will be provided to make this simple.
  • Additional Content – Extra images, graphics, or text may involve service or licensing fees.
  • Stock Photos & Media – If stock images, videos, or icons are purchased for your site, these costs are separate.
  • Advanced Functionality – Features like e-commerce modules, booking systems, or learning platforms may require additional licenses or subscriptions.

  • Custom Design Revisions Beyond Scope – Changes outside the agreed-upon rounds of amendments could involve additional charges.

A safe website is protected against security risks that can harm your business, your visitors, or your brand reputation. Without proper safety measures, several issues may occur:

  • The website could be flagged as suspicious, displaying warnings to visitors.
  • Spam comments may appear, affecting credibility.
  • Unauthorized access could allow someone to steal or misuse your site.
  • Website content could be changed or deleted without your consent.
  • Malware or viruses could infect the site, putting visitors at risk.
  • Data breaches may expose sensitive client information.
  • The site could be hacked or taken offline, resulting in downtime and lost leads.
  • Poorly maintained sites may be penalised in search engines, reducing visibility.

A secure website protects your brand, builds trust with clients, and ensures your content, data, and business operations remain safe and reliable.

It strengthens your presence, recognition, and credibility, creating long-term benefits for your business. Your website helps potential clients find you, understand your offerings, and confidently decide to become a customer. It also makes it easy for clients who cannot meet you in person or visit your physical location to get in touch quickly and effortlessly.

IIf you haven’t found the information you’re looking for, or have other questions about your website, feel free to reach out using the contact form. I’ll get back to you personally and guide you through the next steps.

Hi, I’m Malvina—the person who will design your website. I connect all the elements into a clear, coherent structure that supports your business goals. You’ll work directly with me throughout the process, ensuring communication stays simple, focused, and direct.

I started designing websites in 2024, and it quickly proved to be a natural extension of my background in civil engineering—where logic, structure, and strategic thinking are essential. These qualities play a key role in creating well-structured websites, from information architecture to the final execution.

Outside of work, I was born and raised in Europe (Poland), and I’m passionate about travelling and sport. As an engineer, I worked on both internationally recognised buildings and smaller projects. My travels brought me to a place where I can help people build their business presence in a more direct, personal way.

I’ve worked with people from a variety of cultures, and today I design websites for clients internationally. As the entire process is handled online, collaboration remains straightforward and effective, no matter where you’re based.
